I succumbed to the lure of the pound shop

And apart from household cleaning stuff got blackcurrant, redcurrant, raspberry and blackberry plants I also got some garden netting, 2 pieces in a pack - doesn't say how big it is (not in english anyway) but thought I'd risk it.

Also Tesco's (I know they are nasty) have reduced some of their gardening bits.  Mini sieve and dibber for 50p.

And there's 99p shops as well
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Hi

My colleague was telling me the other day about an item her son wanted to buy from the pound shop and he was saving his pocket money because it cost £12.00.  I had to laugh :D

Nice one, but they can be misleading, it says everything £1 then stuff behind the counter will have say a £20 price tag.

Have you seen Catherine Tate as gran in the pound shop hilarious............That character is so based on my Mother in law, even her wicked cackle and foul mouth.  Hey! even the mother in law laughs at it and says thats me..cackle cackle.  :roll:
