have a load  ( lbs  ) from sorting out a few herrings i dont usally eat these but give them to a couple old folks as a pressy unfortunatly ones now died the others in a care home ,so anybody got any recipes or tips for cooking them?

My mum always used to fry them for my dad, probly not to healthy though.

not to worried about that thanks haley,had em fried dipped in paprika and flour  and blooming loverly they was also  froze a load  .after a triple bypas im not to worried now about eating healthy heheh  :wink:
