Greenhouse Advise

Hi, I have been a hobby gardener for a few years and I have finally saved enough money to buy a greenhouse and I would really appreciate advise about the best greenhouse to buy.  Which companies sell the best products etc.  I have done some reading online but it would be great to get advise from guys that actually use the greenhouses!  The size I am looking for is 6 x 10 ft and I would be sowing seeds, growing tomatoes / aubergines etc and overwintering some less hardy bulbs.  Thanks :-)

I would suggest you go for 6' x 8' as these are pretty standard. You can pick them 2nd hand relatively cheaply and some times for free! (The Aluminium framed jobbies). I wouldn't spend a fortune if it's your first GH, just in case you change your mind about growing stuff in there. There's an article about 2nd hand GH on here in articles section.

I too am getting a new GH but I will be going pretty big 8' x 16 or 20'. So far rion Grande is my favorite.

I'll also be interested to see what others think.

Last year I bought a Vitavia greenhouse, and I was very impressed with how much cross bracing there was (upwards and downwards in each each corner)  plus roof struts at the eaves and across the roof.

I'd agree though, that  the best greenhouse is the one you find for next to nothing
