Free floorboards and 8"x3" joists up to 4m long

If you are in or near South Devon you can get the above free. The Tor Cross Hotel is being converted to flats and currently has a large skip full of floorboards up to 5m long and 8"x3" joists in the car park. Contact the site engineer (site office is on the side of the old hotel) to get permission first.

Is that the establishment quite near the beach, (which never looked worthy of a visit - unlike 'The Tower' at Slapton)?

my mouth is watering at the thought of all that lovely wood going begging lol, yes, sad i know, but i'm wanting to build a big shed n that would do me a treat  :D
