New Girls

We went out and got 2 new chickens today, they are a bit to young to go in with our other girls so are in a temporary run. The thing is my old girls are making a terrible racket, I've never heard anything like it, why are they doing it

My old girls are 3 ex battery hens we have had since Jan this year the new girls are 2 Cuckoo Leghorns about 8 weeks old.

had this problem a few weeks back ourselves

they calmed down after a few days
