Awwwww I just can't believe how tame they can get! That's absolutely amazing!!
We're hoping to have an arrival of a couple of ex-bats next weekend. I'm desperately hoping they will become tame enough to eat from the hand!!

Lovely picture, thanks for sharing!!!

Awww SMS6 - they are lovely! And I actually think we have the exact same coop too. Our ladies arrive on Sunday, and we've got three. Really good to see how the coop looks in comparison to your lovely girls!!

thanks for sharing your beautiful pics everyone!

This is my broody hen, a Dorking. She has been a great mum so far (only at day 6). She was a good stand in for the Maran we were supposed to get who went off brood  ::)

Thought I'd add my pic too.  From the left they are Dandy, Denis, Gnasher ll and Beano.  I know, but who could argue with a 12 year old boy when he's deciding on names for the chickens.  :nowink:

Thank you

My partner bought it for me recently for my birthday.  It was a little smaller than I'd anticipated but with the added run it seems okay now.  We hope to move it around the garden a bit - we're going to try for the first time tomorrow as they have already scarrified that bit of grass for us.

I think it's called the Norfolk Green Coop.

Our three seem to be content with it anyway.  We've had 10 eggs since they arrived on Saturday 4th June.

Mine are called Ginger, Babs & Bunty   (Yep we have the DVD of Chicken Run even though we've no children in the house)  LOL
