A 400 gm tin of chilli con carne, (1 year out of date) 400 gm tin mixed pulses. A fresh celery, some soft carrots, tin of chopped tomatoes and plenty of frozen stew pack etc. Also usual store cupboard.
My brain needs a kick-start please. :D Mrs Bouquet, Oh, and a few small potatoes, I can cut the roots off !

Cook it all together with some curry spices added and serve over rice
or thin it with extra stock, stir in some cream or yoghurt,at the end if you have some spare (but it's fine without) and it's mulligatawny soup, Lovely :)

Thanks Mum, that's a good plan. I haven't got yogurt or cream (Cannot eat dairy), but I shall think of something to add. My mouth is watering already. :) Mrs B

Just to say thank you, I did make it, and it was scrummy, didn't have rice as I added potatoes to it. But there is enough for tomorrow (just), so It'll be rice with it, thanks again, regards Mrs Bouquet
