I have a question which i can't find the answer to. Does it matter if one of my chickens comb is not straight because one of my chickens has a COMB OVER hahaha (sorry)
33 chickens and 2 lil call ducks woohoo

a listless comb is a sign of stress and or illness , same as for the other post collect dandelion leaves  and try that
still alive /............

Can't it also be sign of being too hot?  Mind you, with this weather I don't think this is the answer, unlessyou have them in a sauna.

dehydration is a cause if they havent got water ,but i wouldntexpect anybody on here to make that mistake monty old son :wink:

I dont know whether its always been like that as we have only had her for a few weeks but i think it may have been why does that make a difference

Well she is a light sussex and she seems pretty healthy. none of my chickens have started laying yet so i can't rule her out by that. I think she may have just been born with it but not sure

If she's eating and drinking well, not sitting hunched in a corner but scratching around with the other chooks, I wouldn't worry.  Just keep an eye on her to be sure  :D
