Ive got some autumn raspberries that i need to move and wondered when is the best time to do this, and can i split one bush to make several.  I also need to move my rhubarb, and again when is the best time to do it.

Judging by when the seed companies send out their raspberry canes any time from November seems a good time for the raspberries and this year I planted some mature Rhubarb crowns I was given in March - Although I never picked any this year they went great guns.

I agree with Galen. by then the plants will be in dormant stage (hopefully) and will tolerate being moved. This gives them time to reset their roots and burst into growth next spring. Be sure to prep the holes well first with compost, old manure and bonemeal as they'll be there many years.
