Hi all, just thought I would show you photo of heavy frost here last week and the latest pics of some of the chicks. One of them is a frizzle feather

lovely photos! it's kind of easy to tell which of the chicks is the frizzle-y one isn't it? (even for me!!)

I just hope its not a cockerel Rose. I am managing to hang onto the last frizzle cock, hes actually in with 4 other cockerels and 8 hens. I know that some cocks will have to go soon :cry: before they start fighting properly but I am putting it off as long as I can

oooh i'd hate to have to make that decision; shame you can't castrate them like a cat or dog  (but even then would they still crow?)
