Big bird started laying about 10 days ago and last night Her sister laid her first egg on the floor of the run she had been in and out of the nest box all day so I think it must have caught her when she wasn't ready ???

One of mine who is in her second year of laying was disturbed by me in the nest box yesterday and she came out of the house.  When I went to shut them up for the night I saw an egg laying next to the feed bowl!  She obviously got caught short.  I only have two laying so know it was hers.
