 ???
Hi all,
I know that this has probably been asked many times and is probably on here somewhere, but is it possible to get large eggs from bantams?
Someone who I work with was telling me that they had bantams and always got large eggs from them.
They don't seem big enough birds to lay large eggs. ;)
Any advice please :)

Hi it depends on what breed the bantams are, my sussex lay a good sized egg and even one of my pekins  does, but  I have other bigger birds that are still classed as bantams but they lay tiny eggs.

I would ask him what breed his bantams are, I have several bantams and bantam crosses, the crosses lay fairly large eggs (almost large fowl size), but the true bantams that I have had have all laid small eggs.
Staffies are softer than you think.
