hi can anyone help. I'm new to growing my own and my potato stems looks like they are wilting .   do I need to harvest, or are they ruined I've no idea!

Hi there, I'm not convinced they are wilting, from what I can see the leaves are still firm. It looks as though a cat has sat on them or something!

When you look at where the stems meet the compost, are they still firm and green?
