Catch the cats and take them to the other side of town - miles away.

He'd probably only get more...

Press might be you're last option then - take lots of photos.

Unfortunately I do not have a car, or I was going to catch them and take them too the cattery, so he would have to pay to get them back each time.

I will keep you all posted.

Arg!  Completed our new raised beds a few weeks ago - sowed the final one last weekend.  Checked it out today and suspicious lump of soil in the middle, destroying a couple of rows of lettuce and spring onion.  Worst fears confirmed - huge cat turd.  Raging.

Water pistol, orange peel and netting all at the ready.  Also going to try our local safari park for lion dung

Mothballs.

Ever since I got some industrial strength ones I have only had 1 cat enter the garden, and she only sniffs then legs it really fast!

(49p from eBay when I bought them with 99p postage)

Glad I don't have this problem

Would you be within your rights to get professionals in to clean up each time and send him the bill?

I daresay you would need proof (photos?) and have to be prepared to pay yourself if he never paid up ...
