my overwintered broad beans have developed chocolate spot - is there anything I can do for them to keep them producing? Or do I accept they are done for?

thank you - I had looked into my books but none were as clear as that - thank god I didnyt yank them all up - some of the books made it sound as if it was the end of time (well broad bean wise) itself!!
