I have a monrotiller which hasn't been used for about 12 years, but has been kept inside for that period. The clutch seems to be stuck and I daren't apply to much pressure to the clutch lever in case I break the cable/nipple. the cable itself is oiled and free.
also, I need a replacement hoe blade.
  I don't have very good mechanical skills but am keen to have a go.
Can anyone help?
