Just some I spotted today which may be useful  

3 for 2 on all home baking, if you are making your winterval cakes  

3 for 2 on Cook's Ingredients.  I got 3 packs of porcini mushrooms which aren't that frugal but a little goes a long way and got a big jar full now for a fiver. Could be useful stocks if you making winterval gifts.

In the World Food section - East End tinned toms and pulses  any 4 for £1 - cooked with both today and they are perfectly good

the 3 for 2's are mix and max, but obviously if you pick the same or similar priced items you will get the most for your money.

I got sundried tomatoes and chipotle chillis in a 3 for 2 and baking ingredients in a (different) 3 for 2 last Friday. It didn't occur to me that this was anything other than local to my store.
