Please would anyone be able to have a guess at the breed of my bantam chicks. They are gorgeous girls (well lets hope they are all girls).

the yellow ones look like they have some milliefleur markings in their feathering plus they have some feathering on their legs so they could possibly be sablepoots.
Staffies are softer than you think.

Thank you for that. We have been trying to look them up with no luck. I shall now go and have another look in light of what you have said. They are adorable though.

Hi Yellow, hope Joyfull's right, Sablepoots are fabulous and full of character, I'm always going on about mine and I make no apologies for that :D

They look like little prehistoric raptors for their first few weeks

but the yellow one at the front looks like it has feathered feet - didn't think orps had them.

I do hope they are poots as poots have to be the most friendly birds you can get, they chatter away to you and like to sit on your head plus they have the most amusing way of running

Thank you very much Joyfull. I just hope that the bigger one does not turn out to be a cockerel as our neighbours in Suburbia may not be to keen lol. :)

"sit on your head"  is that why you have such long black luxuriant locks Joyful?  If you let bird "sit" on your head they might bless you by doing more than sit.

These birds are very clearly "Pinkenry's" I can just make out a cockerel in the background
