I entered the wrong meter reading over the weekend with Scottish-power 600 units more than it should have been about 3 months worth. Couldn't get anyone on the phone or webchat over the weekend but today they've sent me a revised bill with the 10s corrected updated by left the 100's. ( read a 0 as a 6 without my glasses).
Currently waiting in their call back system to try and speak to a person as it looks like the computer says no.
Sigh .... wonder how much aggro this is going to cause :(

Well I'll go to the foot of our stairs.
Waited for the call back, chap I spoke to put me on hold for 5 mins I assume to get authorisation, gave him a new reading and it's all been sorted 8) Online account showing the correct readings and new bill pending. To say I'm somewhat shocked is an understatement.

Wow, what a good result.
Our meter readings got mucked up once and we were about £900 in credit for ages. But as they were paying 3% on credit balances (over a certain amount) we were in no desperate hurry to get it corrected. :lol:
