Chocolate Mint

I have tons of the stuff. It smells great, but does it have any culinary value?

Suggestions (other than dig it up and chuck it on the fire!)

so get making that chocolate mint cake and ice cream, or if you drink then there is that alcoholic beverage. Far better than chucking it
