Title: Repairs Done, Broad Beans Planted, Back Pulled

The greenhouse vent is fixed, emergency repairs to the polytunnel, over-wintering broad beans planted out but I've broken down!

Me too! It's really painful and I'm functioning at hobbling speed  :(

It's the worst I've had so I think it's going to take more time than I'd like to settle down :(

That is frustrating  :( 

Does a hot water bottle behind your back when you sit ease it a bit?  I pulled tendons in my lower back when someone side swiped my car years ago and I twisted in my seat ::) That and ibuprofen got me through.  It is miserable though and I do sympathise  :(

Hot shower and ibuprofen gel with co-codamol gave some respite. Just got to wait.
