We didn't grow up eating spinach, so I'm not used to eating it, let alone cooking it. Any tasty but extremely quick recipes to offer? If it's complicated, I don't have time for it.  :)

Cook spinach, mix with ricotta cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.  Cook some pasta sheets and fill with mixture.  Put in oven dish with some tomato sauce, bechamel, or both, sprinkle over some cheese and bake until hot through.
Cheese makes everything better.

Curried with paneer cheese appeal to you (Sag Paneer)?   It is very good.  Also curry with potatoes (Sag Aloo).  I can find and post recipes if interested, or you can Google.

Soup
Raw in a salad with olive oil, bacon and sesame seed dressing

Thanks, but no thanks, WG. Can't stand Indian type foods nor spicy stuff. Can't get the fire extinguisher down my throat far enough    And I haven't a clue what the cheese is you mentioned.
I've tried raw spinach in salads but it really doesn't appeal much to me. A friend's mother used to cook it, run it through the blender, then plop the pureed mess on the plate. Ugh! Enough to put you off it forever. But I'll try the other recipes, thanks.  :D

Another suggestion might be to not bother growing spinach in the first place ...

If you have got a tried and tested recipe, I'd love to try it.  Curry is one of the things I really crave.

There`s always soup, quick, easy and delicious.I don`t enjoy spinach on it`s own but have found that different varieties do better in some recipes.I use bordeaux in lasagna and mixed with cheese and made into filo pastry triangles.and perpetual spinach for curries, rissotto and use both for soups or pancakes with card leaves thrown in if I haven't enough spinach.

Okay, will do.   I already posted a couple of curry recipes on another thread.

I add a load of spinach to cheese souffle - it adds a bit of bite.

Just chop up the leaves and gently fold it into the souffle before you put it into the oven :)
