Someone to dispatch our geese in North Somerset

Having tried to plan for everything with out geese experiment I realise I've not thought about the final act enough! Its not so much the killing as the plucking which I hear is very hard work, though both I think have challenges.

There is talk of some chap in Clevedon who kills and plucks - other than that we seem to have drawn a blank so anyone know someone who can and will dispatch and pluck 3 geese and how much do you think I should expect to pay ?

yes and the people/vendors at the farmers market today - no specific leads so far!
