I love this time of year!! Have just planted some seeds today in my walk in greenhouse i bought from wyevale £29.99( gave up waiting for hubby to fix glass one up! :roll: ) I planted leeks,sprouts,onions,toms,cues,and some sweet peas.Bought an apple tree in wilko today which im gonna plant tomorrow.Gonna try potatoes this year we were too late last year.

Me too - so full of promise (but I just know winter has got one or two final stings in the tail yet to come).

I suggest you put your leeks and onions outside as soon as the first few break the surface.   'Twil stop them getting leggy and soft.

I never tire of seeing the funny little croquet hoop you get with allium seedlings.

this time of year is fantastic  i,m so full of optimism and i  have so many ideas thanks to you guys on here . loads of  different  things i want  to grow .

saw my first butterfly yesterday a peacock ,hope its gonna survive any chills coming ,baby rabbits running around . sparrows found the hole in my outfall pipe from the bathroom again ,,, another year i forgot to cement it up .been in the garden all day . so looks like the season has started for us
