Cheap Chutney Fruit and Veg

I went to Lidl today and they had all their fruit and veg half price. 500g of prepared Beetroot for 29p (my crop was pathetic and soon got used up), mangoes 37p, pineapples 49p. I bought a couple of kilos of large pears to make some chutney.

oh you lucky thing lidl here don't have bargains like that one 10 cents off now and again Greek people wont buy fruit and veg till its done the hand test and its been poked around leaving it squishy for the next person if they don't want it .
