Hi,
My Jostaberries are beginning to ripen. However, I can't put them under netting to stop the birds getting them. By some stroke of luck I seem to have a good load coming.

Is it possible to ripen Jostaberries off the branch? If I pic them just before the birds get them can I finish off the ripening some how?

Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated.
