This I believe is the perfect loaf, as you know I have now got a breadmaker coming and been looking for the perfect loaf, I believe I have found it.....

bacon and beer in bread!!!  :shock:  Yuk!!! Now a bacon sandwich after a few beers the night before.... yum! Seems to take all the fun out eating it all at once  :wink:

Oh I've just remembered that Waitrose used make a gorgeous type of bread with dark chocolate and prunes in - I wouldn't eat prunes normally but it was heavenly bread

They probably still sell it, I'm in Ireland now so I can't get it but it was gorgeous :D  It was quite expensive but delicious
