Thanks MOS.

I was in Waitrose today picking up free magazines and the Spring Harvest one had another recipe for Rhubarb and custard cake.

Very similar to the Saga one and mine, but this one uses more custard powder in the cake, with ground almonds and mixing some of the custard in with the cake mix and putting all the cake mixture in the tin and then making dips in the cake mix to dollop the custard in and then top with the rhubarb. I am going to try that one out with some frozen plums.

If you check out the Waitrose recipes and search rhubarb they have some really lovely recipes there.

And I have found that the recipes there turn out really well.
