A 17 litre polypot is best planted with one tuber. If you plant more, you will get more spuds, but smaller. The more tubers you try to cram in, the less available feed, resulting in poorer yield per bag, as none of them will flourish. Stick with one, and the bags will be bulging at the sides with spuds.
