Its that time of the year, fingers and ankles start nagging with arthritus however it appears they have company :ohmy:
Both knees are giving me some jip now :(
This getting old is not for me.

All the sprogs have gone back to school, mixed up their cold and other bugs and taken a different set home. Parent catches them, heroically goes into work, air con passes it around and bang - the back to school sickness wave hits!! Towards the end of September. You can predict it ... :( Happens in January too. :( :(

Very true. With a wife as a teacher and a primary school age sprog, I'm currently suffering from customary bout of man flu. Good excuse for a few warming hot toddies though ;)

Absolutely agree MB, though alcohol is a well-known sterilising agent for both bacteria and viruses! ;)
