Title: raspberry sponge pudding recipe?

Hi guys. Ive got a glut of raspberries already ripe. Im usung them, freezing them as fast as I can. I would like to make a raspberry sponge pudding ( a bit like an Eves pudding) to take to a meetinv tomowwor. has any one a recipe suggestion or has anyone tried this with raspberries. thank you for any help. xx
