Title: Courgette wine verdict

Tastes a bit like cloudy lemonade to begin with then a taste I cannot quite name and then pleasant.

6 bottles only....roll on the neighbours trying it...they will be drunk as hate to waste it   but never again.

I usually make five gallons a year but add  grated ginger before before fermentation, makes a really nice wine then :)

Not to keen on ginger and hubby didn't think that much of this one.
