Blackberry Trouble
« on: September 05, 2016, 23:15 »
I have a Blackberry, Helen.
For three years now it has appeared healthy in spring. Smothered in Blossom which pollinates and produces masses of red berries.  A few turn black but the majority of the fruit and leaves around it shrivel, turn brown, and drop off.  The plant itself then greens up and sends up fresh shoots.
Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut and be suspected of knowing nothing than opening it and proving it.

There isn't anyone spraying in nearby areas at this time of year, is there?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
