Wasn't on at all last week in my region, I had set the recorder and that usually finds it. Last Sunday was just Marathon and snooker.
It is on this coming Sunday 5th May at 9.30 though.

The second episode of the series is to be broadcast tonight 2nd May 2019 on BBC Scotland and again repeated on Sunday 5th May 2019 on BBC Two.

I wouldn't worry too much about missing the shows.  I don't feel you're missing anything this year.  It's all a bit Gardeners World in feel now to me.  I'm missing Jim.

I had to chuckle as soon as i saw them taking blanketweed out of the pond as i just knew they would say " leave it on the pond edge so the creepy crawlies can get back to the water".

Virtually no chance of that happening as blanketweed is basically a dense living fibre net !

A good idea for other waterweeds does not apply to that stuff ! :nowink:

The good lady head of department, her indoors (non-gardener) stumbled across Beechgrove on Sunday morning and lasted all of 5 minutes before switching over out of boredom. Normally I'd have persuaded her to leave it on for me, but in this case I had to agree with her.

I'm sticking with it cuz it's still beating GW in my opinion.
I have to agree it's all a bit dumbed down without Jim though.
