Pignuts!
« on: March 03, 2011, 23:38 »
Hello,

Has anyone grown pignuts as a crop rather than just foraging for them?

Cheers,

Tim

Thanks Fredhog.

What I'm really after, however, is information on experiences with growing pignuts. I've a few sites that can provide seed but no info. on the best way to grow them. It may be that the land:crop ratio is too high to make it viable anyway but could be an intersting experiment.

Cheers,

Tim

Tim, if you don’t get what you’re looking for info wise on here, maybe it’s time for you to become a pioneer in the cultivation of pig nuts. Good luck! :)
