Just had the storm of all storms.  2 days ago I was sat on the  balcony waxing lyrical about sitting in the sunshine and look at it now.  only hope my veggies have survived.













The only consolation is that it has now stopped and the birds are all down there getting their tea (and my nasty bugs I hope)

I can sympathise with you completley.

A similar thing happened to me 3 years ago in July...2 inches of massive hailstones in about 10 minutes turned all my veg into coleslaw and knocked every single leaf of my silver birch trees.

I nearly gave up for good after that one.
