  Bought this puncture proof wheel about four months ago  and guess what I went to us my wheelbarrow and the wheel was flat as a pancake.

Wont pump up  took the inner tube out, split down the seam

Perhaps try a Puncture Free Wheel?  It has a foam inner, instead of a tube.  Not tried it myself (I like pneumatic tyres over rough ground) but I have read of people liking them.

B&Q used to sell the solid green ones. I can confirm that these do not suffer punctures! Both our barrows at the stables have had them on for years - the rest might fall to bits but the wheels live on...

Those solid PU wheelbarrow wheels are certainly durable but if you need to use them on soft or uneven ground, they are just too much like hard work

Try these people.  I have two on a water bodger and two on my treader.  Cannot be beat.
