Title: 100mm stainless / brass M6 bolts
Post by: Lardman on June 02, 2010, 17:34
I need a pair of 4inch brass/stainless bolts or set screws. They'll be submerged so the usual BZP or YZP wont do. I can't find any ... at the moment it looks like I'll be using threaded bar - but on the off chance has anyone seen any?

www.toolstation.com does and does em cheap. They have physical shops and a website too with min spend of £10 for free delivery. I get a lot of stuff from them.

The longest M6 Set Screw they do is 60mm - the coach bolts are square cut and aren't fully threaded. (they were the second place I looked).

I'll have to grab the cheese heads off Ebay, work has got in the way of me finishing the project so theres no hurry at the moment.
