A couple of readers wrote in about problems with their courgettes and another has lost his entire onion crop to allium leaf miner. That's a problem that's getting worse as time goes on.

Oh I can so empathise with the issues over Allium Leaf Miner.. collapsed leaves gone all curly wurly. I cover leeks, and now it looks like onions need an "enviromesh style" cover too, if I am to bel able to grow them successfully outside
