North Yorkshire/North East Coast - Cool and windy though not freezing. Not looking forward to Sunday (28th) as forecast rain with up to 48mph gusts (south Westerly) for most of the day. Neighbouring plot has already had his new (first) self made Polytunnel wrecked by previous storms

Today in Tropical Jarrow it's a bit cloudy with occasional sunshine popping through the clouds, temps around 6⁰c but at least its dry.

Mainly dry, small gaps in the grey but the wind is freezing. Keeping in the potting shed, greenhouse today.

I opened the door for Mollycat, only to find that there's a very cold 'strong breeze' she sniffed and turned back inside - can't say I blame her

Too cold for me.  it is a chilly gusty wind, with no sunshine.    Did put my CH on earlier yesterday !

Looks lovely from indoors, bright and dry.  Like others made the mistake of going outside and meeting head on a cold stiff breeze.

I was tempted to go out yesterday to paint some more bricks with Sandtex below the pebble-dashed walls of our house. Having started I had to finish but I got rather cold. Today it's raining and blowing a gale so am staying put inside.

At the moment, it's 22°C and overcast, but storms are coming soon.

Wednesday it's forecast to be 24°C and storming again with a cold drop to freezing by Thursday overnight. That kind of temperature drop frequently spawns tornadoes this time of year.

S-p, we're quite cool right now, next we're forecast 2 or 3 warm days and then back to sub 10C and night frosts by the end of next week 
BUT at least we don't usually get tornados - stay safe!

The forecast is "much warmer than yesterday" but I've just put the heating on as my nose was cold and hands stiff  I might venture out later to see if it's warmer out than in.
