First EGG!

Just been to check on my chooks and saw my first egg, just siting there, small but perfectly formed! I certainly didn't expect one so soon, but one of the girls just looked different...so I popped in the shed to check and hey presto

You can pick them up and feel for widened pelvis in the one that has started laying.
Mind you we think we attributed our first egg to the wrong hen - she must have been saying 'what on earth is going on - that's not mine!' when we posed her with the egg in front of her!!
