Something eating parsnips
« on: August 11, 2008, 12:21 »
Hi

Looked at parsnip row the other day and there were some still too close together so pulled a couple out.

Something has been nibbling them which is a real pain.  They are very very short white things with small dark lines accross them - far too small for a photo.

Wondered if anyone could shed any light on it, thought it might be carrot fly as we have carrots next to 'snips they are Flyaway and do not appear to have been eaten.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers
