Onions

Rolled, boned breast of lamb cooked on a bed of onions. 

Ooh - haven't had that for years 
We used to have stuffed lamb heart as well....

Mum made rissoles from left over Sunday lunch meat, she added cooked potaoes and onion, I think they were covered in flour and then fried, but not sure, I do remember threatening my elder brother with a garden fork as he had stolen mine but thankfully I calmed down as I grew older.
