On the 27th February, I ordered a Salix from EBAY.  I have never bought there before and so felt a little apprehensive.  I have had Evri tell me there is a problem and a delay.   I expect this plant will be dead as well.

If it is dead or damaged when it finally arrives, go back onto ebay and complain to the seller, they should either refund or replace. Good luck!

I wonder if something happened to the tree on arrival at Evri, perhaps they have had to get a new one.

Have you got a tracking number for it? The tracking may give you more info.....

Be careful.  I get lots of emails purporting to be from Evri and telling me there is a delay with my delivery.

Apparently their unicorn-pulled carts keep breaking down.
But luckily it can all be sorted if I just give them my bank card number to pay a tiny amount of extra outstanding delivery charge.

Presumably the charges will be even lower given that I am not awaiting any deliveries through Evri anyway (and I try to avoid any suppliers who use them - they are notoriously rubbish at what ought to be the simple process of transporting and delivering stuff!)

There re a lot of scammers around sadly, I posted an item to my sister via Evri via a post office drop off on Tuesday, she’s messaged today that it has arrived. But the day I sent it she had scammers saying a parcel was lost etc etc & log in here … but as I didn’t give her email or telephone number it obviously wasn’t in connection with ‘my’ parcel’. It pays to be careful.

I wad working in a garden ,the next door neighbour delivered for Evri (Hermes as it was) she came home and opened the car boot and dragged the green bin across and started putting parcels in the bin,I asked what she was doing ,attempted delivery 3 times she said ,told to get rid of them by bosses aftetcthird attempt ,I rang the local Hermes office and asked if it was their company policy to put undelivered parcels into the green bins, no says the woman there a note has to be left and items returned to sender ,I mentioned this to the delivery woman,she shrugged her shoulders and said she was doing what she had been told to do,  she use to do car boot sales on a Sunday guess what she was selling undelivered items       jezza
