Making raised beds

I've nearly cleared the lawn/dandelion patch!! from my veg patch (7ft x 13ft) and have been offered some fence posts from my best m8 (cheers council for leaving a few in his garden lol) and I'm wondering the best wood to use to make raised beds?
I'm thinking some decking planks but am open to suggestions
