got a fone call this morning from a chap i spoke to on ebay about a 1940s autoculto .single plough ,tines, scarifier and tater ridger ,werking villiers 28a engine .it was on there for auction many weeks back on a reserve of £150 i contacted him then to ask for more details ,and i offerd him  £100 there and then he ws trying to get near the £200 mark .i told him i thought that was to rich for me so i declined and said the £100 was as far as i was going well it didnt make any where near its reserve .so he called me in the am and asked if i was still interested  i told him i had already aquired a model of that type .so he said well make me and offer and its yours .i got it for £75   :lol:  :wink:  arfur daley eat ya art out me ole china  8)

I stand in awe. Look forward to the pictures.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

so the engine drives the wheels and the attachments are at the rear end,ive got my eyes out for a plough for mine couple on e-bay at the mo but there miles from me.

yes mate the tool bar is the main thing its 1 inch block steel and the other attachements bolt to it , the plough bar can have 2 on it the machine is that strong .the first one i got is a single geared job  forward and stop lol.its got tines and a ridger for ya tatties . the equipent is harder now to get than tha machines they carry 5lb lugs on the wheels to get em to move over soft ground . they are cumbersome to move  but get em on a decent plot ( long runs  ) and they are fantastic ,.basicaly its like having a tractor at your disposal on your allotment  :wink: i have a trailer im gonne knock up to go behind one to carry all the tools etc
