Title: Picture of my new plot...
Post by: Snap Dragon on January 20, 2008, 22:11
Well, here it is!

Mainly grass, a few potholes and some rubble! :? It is approx 65' x 33'.

I need to work out where to put my shed when I get one... the gate is on the side, leading onto a grassed car parking area, and I assume the hedges at the end will cause some shade - I need to work out what parts the sun is going to smile on (if she ever shows her face this year!!)

You might just be able to see some sprouts on the right hand side... and I found a lone onion - bless it!! Oh and a bird table at the end :?

Good luck with that, it doesn't look too overgrown at all.  Quite a bit of mine was grassy like that, I sliced off the turf and used it to level out all the pot holes in the paths, then dug all the deep roots out.  Seems to have worked - watch this space!

nice bit of space - and alot of work

don't be in a hurry to rush it though - take your time - do it well - and make a detailed plan of what you would like it to look like - and how you want to use it

and get some help with the digging
