feeding tomato and pepper plants

Hold off on the watering for a while as it is obviously causing lush growth and no flowers. When the plant is a bit stressed for water it will quickly put out flowers as part of its survival mode. Once the flowers appear, then start feeding them to help support the growing fruit. Keep the watering fairly regular to avoid blossom end rot but not too heavy to cause more lush green growth.
