Anyone ever heard of starting off sweetcorn in loo rolls?  :D Apparently, it saves disturbing their roots, which they don't like, as once they are ready, you plant them out, loo roll and all, cos it will rot down in the soil......  going to try it this year, but was wondering if people had heard of / tried this thechnique already?
LP

I have loads of loo rolls, so will try that this year, my corn was non existent last year! How about kitchen roll for leeks or would that not work.
I know less today than I did yesterday, and I knew nothing then!
