Raspberry problem

Long time lurker(have gained lots of experience from every ones posts ),first time posting,I'm in Co. Wicklow Ireland, I moved allotment last year and there where raspberries in a few beds.I moved some small canes.I got raspberries until November so thought Autumn Raspberries,i was not expecting to see any flower buds this early on the canes but there are lots.Do Autumn raspberries flower this early.
